I bought a phone

I bought a phone at Rentoza on the 25th of March I was told that they will deliver it by the 17th of April. They have been quiet ever since. No email, nothing. They say that they are awaiting a restock, why do they advertise something that they do not have in store? This company is a ****; I don't recommend it to anyone.
