I am still waiting forever to receive my tracking number for my device

I am still waiting forever to receive my tracking number for my device. All i receive is automated email responses saying they have received my email and then yet again..i never receive any feedback The customer service is pathetic And it was not like this when i ordered my first device. I expect my device by this friday or my money back in full otherwise this will be taken further!
