HORRIFIC SERVICE RECEIVED AND WAITING FOR A PRODUCT FOR NEARLY 3 MONTHS

I ordered the product on the 28Th May 2025 and was informed the eta would be the 31st July. I am still waiting. Horrific service. Everytime I enquire then they state its the supplier that does not have stock. Why do they then offer this product if there is no stock.
