Horrible treatment of customers and broken promises

I had a TV from Rentoza that after 2months gave me issues. They picked it up in March. Since then i have been going back and forth waiting for a replacement. I keep getting promised that i will receive a new one but nothing happens. Its now 3 months and i am still waiting. This is ridiculous and terrible service as I am told that they are waiting for their supplier however the TV is still advertised and when people order new ones they receive it.
