Horrible Terrible Company a bunch of ****mers

I ordered a phone on the 25th March made payment, it took them a long time to revert back when I did reply with what they wanted they took longer to respond. They rejected, I cancelled on the 30th. They advise it takes 6-7 business working days latest 14days depending on your bank's turnaround time, I waited patiently from the 30th up until Tuesday 21st of April. When I asked about my refund they take long to reply, they gave me their accounts departments email when i emailed them I never received a response to date, after multiple attempts their online team ,WhatsApp messages I haven't received my refund it's going to be a month now. I tried ordering before this but changed my mind after one of their consultants convinced me to give it a try which i did. I regret the dearly even though i saw the bad reviews i still decided to give them the benefit of doubt, what i can say is i regret that dearly never ever have I come across such a horrible terrible customer service rude company. At this point I feel ****med I'm not sure If I am even going to get my refund it's the 23rd of April tomorrow will be the 24th almost a month and still nothing. If you a potential customers trying to get anything from them and you reading this please do not even attempt to go through with it they are terrible you will regret it dearly.
