Horrible service/****ming company

I reported my phone ****** and paid an access fee of R5895.75. Filled all the required documents and I was never assisted and was told they will not help me. I was never given a reason to why I will not get assistance no one is answering me. To make it worse I was receiving attitude from Philanthropy Moyo. Till this day I still haven’t received a response and the report and payment was done in June and July 2024 absolutely disgusting service
