Horrible Service. They don't give a damn

Please save yourself the trouble and the stress and never do any business with these people. Some of the worst mismanagement I've seen in my life. You can buyout an item, and legally own it and then still be threatened with law proceedings over not paying. Quick to make the deal, but very Money hungry with terrible after-sales service. After owning and paying for a Nintendo Switch diligently every single month, I bought it out after my subscription agreement has expired. I've refused to pay ongoing premium fees, since I have legally bought the item from them. After they've been ignoring my *** and calls, they now threaten me with legal action because I'm not paying my premiums.
