Horrible Service / No communication

I have been a client for almost a year now, I've received horrible customer service from Rentoza. They DO NOT call their customers, they blocked my phone once when I had changed job and pay date, you need to be the one calling them, staff answer the phone with bad attitude after they have taken your money. No clear communication lines. I am still struggling to get assistance or anyone specific to resolve my issue. Spoke to Uwais and Hloni the Managers they both promised to attend to my issue but only empty promises, probably to get you off the phone. My ****** / replacement phone issues is a nightmare. Still waiting and still calling everyday no help.Rentoza is a Bad Company to be mixed up with
