Horrible service.

the worst, most inconveniece service ever. they have no regard for my personal day to day living with a locked device, I have not received the link to make as one can not go on the previous links, every month is a new link. this month is havnt received the link which resulted in late payment, the device is now locked, and can not be unlocked, i sent multiple emails. Hulisani now advised i insert a cell c sim, lol, now i have to go to the mall and get a sim card . really Rentoza. in february i ordered and paid for PS4 . im yet to receive it, they are out of stock, are these guys allowed to operate in this country with such low business ethic. i received an acountability letter.since rentoza is rent to own, ones credit profile is not to be accessed, why do they in this letter state to report default on my report, are they allowed. Rentoza you are a big ****. shame on you in this day and age.
