Horrible service. Don’t deserve the 1 star

If you reading this do not take anything from these people. They are horrible. My subscription was supposed to be coming to an end two months ago I have been sending emails about buy out options no one replies if they do reply they have no idea what they talking about. Yet they deducting still. Now that I complain on the reviews they reply back and they tell me the money they took from the two momths won’t be deducted from the buy out price so I basically paid them extra two months. How is it my job to call you and ask you about the end of subscription process.

They customer service is bad and I don’t blame those brave enough to stop paying and just disappearing with their products. Can’t wait to be done with them.
