Horrible service delivery and would not recommend it to anyone. It is all a ****!

I ordered a fridge 2 months ago. After a month waited,I than enquired on my order and was told that the fridge that I wanted was out of stock and that I should wait for another month and maybe the fridge will be available. I than asked for a refund on the 6th of April 2025 and I was told on email that my refund of R430 has been approved.

It is the 6th of May and I still have not received any refund. When I enquire on email about my refund I get no response and if lucky they respond in 2 or 3 days.

Rentoza has to have the worst service delivery and I would not recommend it to anyone. I just want my money back
