Horrible service!!!!!

To say that iam livid would be an understatement to how I feel about this company and its service.

I have 2 subscription with this company and every month I the consumer is faced with a problem of either them deciding to debit my account on days chosen by them or not debiting the full amount.This month they have taken it to the edge,2 amounts were deducted on the 24th from my bank account and all they had to do is to send a payment link to pay the remaining balance, but I keep getting harassed and told they would be repossessing how when you took my money.Overall this company has been the most terrible company to receive service from not to mention their agents who just are in the business off hanging up and not listening to the customer. Seeing you have taken legal action on something you have deducted for I guess we will meet each other at the financial ombudsman or small claims court!!!!!
