Horrible Service and ****

I had to change my original review , at first I had no issues with them and everything went smooth until I upgraded to another laptop. Then the service went downhill, every month is a battle with them about debit orders. They debit your account with more than the agreed amount and then threaten you with legal action and for owing them money, when in fact they owe you money since they debited more than what you signed up for. After numerous emails back and forth they let me know that the have allocated the payment towards my account and the exstra toward the next month, now after a few days the whole ordeal has started again with me receiving an email saying I owe then money and they have handed it over to their legal team. Honestly speaking stay as far away from them as you can, it is not worth all the headaches and unnecesary stress that comes with their service. And the fact that you can't call them to get an issue sorted out is a red flag, and if you email them and answer takes forever which doesn't help to de-escalate the whole situation.
