Horrible service

Last month I ordered my second cellphone with this guys, If only I knew shame. The gave me a pre owned iPhone battery life is 88%. I took it to Istore what even worse is that it has no warranty. I ask myself why would they do this to exiting client. I have sent several emails, messages on Facebook and called them and now I'm tired. Im paying for a second hand phone and they don't care.
