Horrible Service
Placed an order, waited forever for verification and now Im told that delivery will take 3 weeks. What pathetic service. I was referred to Rentoza by a colleague but with this level of pathetic service I may have to inform the rest of my colleagues that Rentoza is not the way to go. It honestly shouldn't take this long just for delivery.. Try and think about customer satisfaction instead of sticking to the very last minute of your maximum turnaround time so we can come back and subscribe to more.
