Horrible service

On the 3rd of December 2024, I placed an order with Rentoza for a Samsung A05s and got verified by the 5th. I was told my order would be delivered within 3 working days. 5 later I received an email from Rentoza saying that they have a lot of orders for the similar item which I ordered and I would receive my order around the 27th of December 2024. 2 days ago I received a call from them telling me that the my phone is out of stock and I should choose another item, which I did and I was told I will receive a new contract and the new phone by the 27th December 2024. Today I enquire and I am given another date because they are still trying to to get my item and I should wait AGAIN since its the festive season they have a lot of orders but my order was placed long before festive season. Why did they offer and advertise an item that they do not have? I am very disappointed with the service I received from Rentoza.
