Horrible service

I placed an order on the 3rd of June only to receive an email stating that the TV was out of stock and the next intake would be in 6 to 10 weeks. I than requested to cancel the order and received communication on the 30th of June that the order had been canceled gusse what today is the 10 of July and I'm being told my order was never canceled. I'm disgusted with the level of service and communication.
