Horrible service

I returned my inverter to rentoza it was picked up 4.04.24 already with delivery notice from Bob couriers thar its received by rentoza on order number 106051 I've been emailing and messaging everyday they can't confirm receipt. Agents promise to give me feedback nothing and I refuse to pay another installment for something I don't have since the beginning of the month
