Horrible service

I am so disgusted by this company and there service is have paid every month on time I ordered a fone November last year and paid only got it feb this year....2 months I have been complaining now its not working correctly no one has made any provisions to collect it or assist me but I must pay for a device that doesn't work this is pathetic guys....else please cancel my contract I need this fone repaired and a replacement to use upon collection for repairs how hard is my request!!!!
