HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

They have horrible customer service you have to beg for everything they lock the phone they didn't send a link to pay nothing you have to ask more than 100 times for link worse they call and tell you that they are coming to collect the device this is the worst company that they don't care about their clients their customer service is extremely horrible.
