Horrible customer service and disrespect.

4 months ago I put in a claim to rentoza that the washing machine is not working and that it needs to be replaced or fixed. I filled in all the warranty claims and paper work. They advised they were waiting for me to complete that. I did this. I have been sending emails every week since to ask for resolution and 4 months later, a paying customer still has a washing machine which does not work. If you miss a payment by 1 hour, you get a mail telling you they going to take you to police for theft. I am disgusted.
