Horrible Customer service.

I paid for a phone on the 29th of Nov 2024 and verification was completed. The device was supposed to be delivered within 14 working days but today it’s 6th of Jan 2025 and there’s no communication from Rentoza.

I have sent numerous emails requesting feedback but they never respond with the ETD for the device. They are requesting I make a payment for a device I am not using.
