Horrible client service at Rentoza

I ordered and paid for my product on the 9 October 2023. The bank posted the money on the 12 October 2023. Because my bank is not on their verification portal, they kept on emailing me to verify the debit order. I emailed them every time responding with a screenshot from their verify bank portal, showing them that my bank is not on their portal. They emailed me on the 11 October 2023 that my order is cancelled. They promised to refund my money within 5 business days. Yesterday I emailed them asking them for my refund. No one responded. This morning I called them on *** and the AL CHATBOT said email us or WhatsApp us. I informed them Monday that I will be waiting for my refund. They have no client service. I am relieved that they could not verify my debit order. I just want my money back and will never deal with them again.
