Horrible after sales service is their middle name

I made an order that was ultimately cancelled due to a payment technicality which was resolved. However, I have been promised my refund of R3089 within 5 days or less of the 20th April. I am still waiting for the refund to this day. I spoke to a Pamela Shabalala who promised to call me back with a resolution by the end of Tuesday 03/05, she still hasn’t come back to me. I requested a call back and a Hloni called me at 13:30 today and promised to get back to me in 20 minutes. Still nothing. The after sales service at Rentoza is atrocious. I really wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
