Horrible

Good day

I have been harrassed by this business for the passed 2 full months, they have contacted people around me sending me whatsaap messages with different numbers asking for payments that i have made. According to their contract im supposed to pay 12 full payments which i did and that closes off their account, but for some reason they cant locate 1 payment made and it doesnt matter how many times i send the POP i still get a different person who will be unaware of what has been addressed with the other and threaten to file a complaint or mess with my credit. and i have pointed to them that i have been working so hard to clear my credit and avoiding any sort of loans what so ever and they go ahead and do such just because their accounting department messed up with a payment that has been made.

I would like to bring this to their directors attention or whoever runs the business an to make you as consumer aware of this ****, i get random calls at night from these people for payments i have made in full. unfortunately this is not the last platform i bringin this up, also i will sure do report this to the retails ombuds
