Horrible

I've ordered a laptop as well as a TV,my application got declined and what the reason was I had no idea,I was told I'll be refunded between 6-14 days and it's already been a month and a week,they keep on telling me I would be patient due to their"refund"system crashed,then they said it has been escalated to their refunds department,I've already sent another 3 emails but no response!!in total 15 emails !they are the worse company ever!!!!!!!!!
