Hold Rentoza Accountable for lying to it's subscribers.

I will report Rentoza to the Advertising Regulatory Board if they do not deliver by 10 October 2025. That was the ETA they gave me two months ago, and now suddenly the item is “out of stock.” Why advertise something you do not actually have in stock? You lure people into subscribing with false advertising and false ETAs.

Relevant consumer rights violations include:

False, misleading, or deceptive representations (Section 41 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA))

Failure to deliver within a reasonable time (Section 46 of the CPA)

Misleading marketing (Section 29 of the CPA)

I will also escalate this to the National Consumer Commission.

I advise all other subscribers who have fallen victim to Rentoza's unfair practices to do the same.

It is time that Rentoza is held accountable and delivers what they promise.
