Hello i had placed an order last year in december with order number 234124 then my order was declined because I was having issues with uploading my documents and money was taken out of my bank of R920 and I was informed my refund will be process within 6-12 business working days and that has passed and it's two months already and still I have not received my refund,I am not happy with this at all
