HELL POOR SERVICE AND OPERATION

I don't recommend this company to anyone, they are worst than the public clinic. I'm their existing customer/client, I ordered another device as I'm on my last month of my existing contract. They approved everything, since my order stucked on pending delivery, today marked the whole full month. One of the thing that's irritating about the company, they are good in sending their driver to your place to collect the device, even if is them who didn't take the money from your account. This is my third order as the second I cancelled due to their suspicious operation. I app**** for the third one thinking they have now improved their service, but is WORSE than HELL. Whoever is in charge of the company must change his or her marketing strategy, is HELL POOR.
