Heartless Retonza, Worst service ever

This company is the worst 1stly they do not have contact details so you will forever struggle to get a hold of them Secondly i requested a link to make payment however the person sent it after my phone was blocked. I requested the link at 12 yesterday and it was sent at 13:30 at this time my phone was blocked and i needed my cellphone to access my banking accounts so i can transfer the money and pay them. They refused to unlock the phone in order for me to make a payment and i have been without any mode of contact since 12 yesterday. I have been unable to reach people and no one has been able to reach me. I cannot drive out as i need petrol money and guess what ??? i need to access the banking app on my phone to get the money . This whole experience has been terrible and i just want to say that if you thinking of going the rentoza way don't do it. Its funny how when the payment is "missed" they can call you but when you need assistance you cant call them. All i asked was for them to unlock the phone for 10min so i move the funds and make the payment but they have refused to do so. horrible worst service ever !!!!!!
