After all just a bit of transparency was required..... again I cannot say this enough Reiterate to your management Step up on your guys customer service, always be transparent, following up with customers quicker, assign an allocated person to irate customer and see them follow through and offer an alternative if items are not available and you can become much BiGGER there is definitely a market for your goods out there. I sincerely hope your Bosses see this review. I was on the verge on lodging a massive complaint. I was utterly frustrated with your processes as this whole process took too long I mean since 30/11/2021 and sorted today 11/02/2022 do the math way to long. Step up guys.
