Green bull customer service from lesley at Rentoza

I have never had such bull service in my entire life here is the story i subscribed for iphone 13 paid full 12 months after i did a follow up for buyout made an arrangement to pay the R9499 for 3 months first month they deducted R2160 instead of R3166 did a follow up again nothing was done so they deducted 2160 for 3 months which amounts to 6k and something so now they say i must pay 5k on top what about my other 2k going down the drain then the so called rude Lesley consultant of some sort firstly he said my subscription ended in May i asked to be sent my agreement of which i knew it ended in April now hes saying the other 2k do not count coz i did not make an arrangement for a buyout of which i did have all the proof and he even said we can split the 5 k in 2 months of which i do not owe them that money and I also bought out high chair but still getting emails to pay again they must up their system and now i get a call and text for mynphone to be collected of they must pay my money first yeses and I asked for details of his manager for my lawyer he did not give I will never be ****** 2k for nothing 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
