Great Service delivery 👌

This is a compliment to Refiloe Wessi (Southgate Mall) for a stella job and service delivery. She was friendly and very helpful from the onset. She is also very knowledgeable about her product offering.

I was looking for an iPhone for my daughter but wasn't sure about using Rentoza to get one. She reassured me that the service would be seamless and took me through all the steps. Once everything was on their side, she kept me in the loop on all developments and made sure I was well informed of all the requirements and submitted accordingly.

She was also very patient which is a rare quality when dealing with service providers.

I am glad to have crossed paths with Refiloe. She really is an amazing sales person and deserves the recognition for Customer support.
