Great Service

I place order on the 23rd December knowing there was no stock and was willing to wait. I also understood it was festive season thinking that the places are closed and could be backlogs. I read all the terms, FAQ, checked stock and read some reviews so that I could understand the process. Received nothing but excellent service so far from the Rentoza team. Special thanks to Mthokozisi and the rest of the team Thato and Abongile and others for keeping me up to date and answering my questions with such professionalism. I did not need to constantly follow up, Updates was given to me on regular basis. Order was dispatched from JHB to CT on Friday and received it Monday, I only expected it 1st/2nd week of February. So it was a bonus for my son as it is his bday gift, he is overwhelmed with joy. I must add item was very well packaged and sealed. Great team work.
