I decided to take subscription with Rentoza and so far I'm happy with the way things are going. But you wish you could have open lines for customers to call direct, some of us wants or prefer speaking to somebody and ask questions though I would say they reasonable fast with responding to e-mails. So, I'm happy so far... Let me hope I get my delivery soon.

Please try and find a new way of handling refunds, its been days and the explanation is not clear other than "its the nature of our" I'm getting frustrated patiently waiting for the refund.
