Frustrating Experience with Rentoza: Terrible Service and Lack of Communication

I was sceptical about trying out Rentoza based on some previous reviews that I'd read. I should have listened to my doubts. Terrible service, I followed up on my verification after a couple of days of not hearing back from Rentoza. I reached out via WhatsApp after a series of unanswered emails and calling their number which just sends you straight to an answering machine. When I eventually got through to an agent,I learnt that my order was cancelled without so much as an explanation. So now here I am, waiting for my refund.

Save yourself the trouble and don't use these guys.
