Frustrating Experience – No Refund Yet.

⚠️ Rentoza Review – Be Careful I feel it’s important to warn others about my current experience with Rentoza.

I requested a refund of R1270, and since 20 March 2026, I have been getting the same repeated responses saying the issue is “being processed” with no clear timeline. There has been no proper communication, no accountability, and no resolution. Order number #235387

What’s frustrating:

Delayed refund with no ETA Repetitive automated responses Lack of transparency Feeling ignored despite multiple follow-ups At this point, It feels like customers are being taken lightly. When a company holds your money without clear communication, It raises serious concerns about trust and reliability.

I expected better from a company that claims to be professional and customer-focused. Right now, I cannot recommend their service.

My advice: Be very cautious before doing business with them, especially when it comes to payments and refunds.
