Feels like the latest SA ****

Probably the worst company I have dealt with. Start Feb paid for a PS5 Slim Disc edition, we’re now at June with zero accountability of when or where. Requested and paid to upgrade my iPhone which I have had with them for almost a year, this was start April. For weeks I have been told to be patient, delivery is set for June 6, today I get a mail no sorry another 8-12 weeks!!! Is this just an extremely poorly run company or another form of **** in SA? I will definitely be heading to Hello Peter and Ombudsman now. Half a year waiting for stock paid for is completely and utterly unacceptable.
