Faulty Fridge

They delivered a faulty fridge then told me call Hisense. But, Hisense is saying they (Rentoza) should log this query on my behalf. I’ve emailed them 3 times already and I’m not getting any response from them. It’s worse you can’t even reach them telephonically. It’s almost a week now and I’m hearing nothing from them.
