FALSE ADVERTISING. NO COMMUNICATION

I placed the order on the 28th of November. Was verified on the 5th of Dec. Sent an email on the 8th of December got a reply same day assuring me I'm receiving my order on the 14th of December.

On the 12th of December (2 days before my delivery) I was told that there is no stock.

Why didn't anyone tell me that there is no stock and why is it still on the website if there isn't stock... Whty didn't anyone inform me that there isn't stock... Why was my money taken if there isn't stock...

What is happening..

I WANT MY ORDER DELIVERED ON THE 14TH

Please tell me. Why wasn't I informed.

And why is it still on the website. Why isn't rentoza notifying their customers in advance...

So if I didn't ask about my delivery I was going to be kept in the dark?? And wait until January for my phone but according to your website it states that I will receive my order in 7 working days.

So now what do I tell my son. I tell him that rentoza is advertising false information.
