FALSE ADVERTISING AND NON DELIVERY !!!!!!!

I have placed an order on 04.04.2025 - paid and got verified immediately . I was advised they will be in touch with an ETA . The 07.04.2025 - I was informed that the waiting period is 6-10 weeks which I have accepted . My ETA was 06.06.2025 - to my surprise I was informed that there is a delay in dispatch . Today the 09.06.2025 I am advised to wait another 6-10weeks or cancel option , I waited 6-10 weeks for my order neo being told I can either wait or cancel , why cant they just deliver , instead of procrastinating - RENTOZA!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ive been a loyal client and now you not keeping to the end if your DEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please can you take your clients seriously!!!!!!!!!!!
