Failing to provide context on why cannot verify proof of address

I ordered a laptop here yesterday and I paid the subscription fee. They are not failing to verify my residential address despite me sending them 2x invoices proving my address, they keep sending me messages that it has failed but are providing context, these messages seem automated, nobody is even bothering to respond to my emails now when I tell them to refund my money and cancel that order coz none of this is making any sense. I need my money back!
