Extremely Disappointed

I am beyond disappointed with Rentoza's service and the lack of support when things go wrong. Over the weekend, my phone, which I subscribed to through Rentoza, was inexplicably locked, leaving me without access to vital functions like emails and online banking. I had no choice but to borrow phones from friends just to keep up with my daily responsibilities, a huge inconvenience.

To make matters worse, Rentoza's customer service was completely unresponsive. When your business involves providing essential devices, there’s no excuse for leaving customers stranded without reliable support. This experience has shaken my trust in Rentoza, and I can’t recommend their service to anyone who values reliability and responsive customer support.
