So this was my experience with Rentoza... On Monday the 26th 10am I chose my appliances and Paid. Monday the 26th 11am got an email asking me to complete application. Monday the 26th 12am got verified ID, Selfie and Bank statements. Monday the 26th 3pm got another email with lease agreement to sign and upload payslip. Tuesday the 27th lease agreement got signed by sales agent and got a copy. Wednesday the 28th Rentoza requested for my order to be picked up by Courier Company. Wednesday the 28th received my waybill number / tracking number Thursday the 29th my order was picked up from Rentoza by Courier Company (status of order updated) Friday the 30th Courier Company contacted me to avail myself for drop of. Friday the 30th 11am received my Order.

This Company has come a long way considering how things started. This is my second time using their services.

Be patient and keep checking your emails for comms from Rentoza. The sooner you reply and give information needed, the sooner you'll get your order.

This is just a review on the order and delivery Process. Payment and debit orders are still unclear, I’ll probably write a review on the consistency of their debit orders in 5 – 6 months.
