****ed off customer

Rentoza is a company with POOR communication. They cancelled my order yet I’m still waiting for my refund which is long over the 14 day period, we are going into our third week without any response or funds in my account. At this point I’m well ****ed off and they not doing anything about it. I thought they were reliable, even checked the reviews but they just ended up disappointing me.
