****ed client! 🤬🤬🤬

Terrible company. With poor communication to update on the progress. Placed an order on 24 October and i was verified on 26th October and told that my ETA for the order would be 15/11/2023. From verification the communication was regular, an they kept telling me that my ETA remained unchanged. Then all of a sudden on the week of ETA, the communication gradually depleted. I had to follow-up on the morning of the 15/11/2023 and i was only notified then that my ETA had changed to the following week. In the following week i followed up and was told there are still delays and couldnt be given ETA. Fast forward 3 weeks later i still havent recieved my order. There are no responses to my emails and whatsapps! Its really a ****!! company that dont care about their customers.
