Double Standards

I was approved for a PS5 3 months ago which I have been paying like I am supposed to. I app**** for a phone which I need urgently and the amount is so small but they are declining me and can't even tell me why. I def can afford it and they say they don't do credit checks so why am I being declined, they have double standards and take forever to get back to you and can't give you any straight answers. At this stage I want to cancel my subscription as if this is what is happening now what will happen at the end of the contract then, is it also going to be this complicated to extend or do the buy out...then I end up paying R18 000 for something just for them to take it back and have an excuse not to let me buy it out or extend it?? Really bad communication service from their side and there is no way to phone then as far as I can see.
