Don’t trust

Honestly speaking, I placed an order for a white iPhone 11. I received the phone but got a black phone, in a box in a clear plastic sleeve that looked like it was returned and to top it off, the battery health percentage was at 89%. I’ve raised a complaint and no one got back to me, can’t get a hold of their customer service as well and it’s not allowing me to raise a return either. Poor customer care.
