I returned my device in January. They are still debiting my account and despite me sending emails and making calls and sending what'sap messages they keep on calling. New people call every day or other days even on weekends. Promising hey would escalate. When I ask to speak to a manager they inform me that they are not able to do that they wil escalate. They have a system when you can log a ticket I think I have done 3. I have sent emails to info @ rentoza. I have instead created with email from lawyers and please remember I do not have the device any more. When I rep**** to the lawyers and forward all my emails and screen shots of the tickets logged. Lawyers rep**** that I should deal with rentoza directly. But that is what I have been trying to do and this has proved to be an impossible task
