dont pay refunds

again bad experience with rentoza. they rejected my application. they in terms conditions they state like 15 working days for refund. ive been waiting now an month and half for my money. every time they say they have system issue to refund. where is it my problem that it is more then month and they not making plan to pay peoples money. they fast to take stuff if they didnt receive payment
